In Her Skeleton is a testament to Ocean’s fascination with introducing an ominous tinge to depictions of the natural world. The detail with which she reinterprets the flora and fauna of her environment in her unique gothic dotwork style is mesmerising and creates a haunting but nevertheless tender piece.
