Availability of the website and goods
37 will use all reasonable effort to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available. In the case of an ordered item becoming out of stock, items will be allocated on a time-ordered basis and a full refund offered to all excess orders.
Typographical errors
In the event that a 37 item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, 37 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. 37 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
